Well what a great start to 2008. We don't get back to the Midlands very often these days but were thrilled to be asked to Rob Hydes surprise 60th birthday party at the Saddlers Club, Walsall on 19th January. Special thanks to Sally & Sheila who took ages to track us down. We wouldn't have missed it for the world. It was great to meet you all again.Where has the time gone??? The highlight of the night was when Rob & Art got up to play. It's been 40 years since they played together in Larger Than Life. Rob tried to say that he hadn't played for 20 years but WOW it was brill!!!! Thanks to the Mustard Band for the loan of the drums & guitar, also to the bass player for making the line-up complete.

Feb 2nd:  had a beat the winter blues party at the local community centre. It was a chance to play for first time this year as a band. Around 30 people came which wasn't bad as Wales had just beaten England at Rugby and some couldn't make it on account that they had too much falling down water. Nevertheless a great time was had by all and we did raise some money for MacMillan Cancer Relief.
